Services

Data Backup/Recovery is charged per hour. Warranty work is covered at no charge. Parts extra. Bridge City Computers (hereafter referred to as "we") guarantees that your machine will be finished within 72 hours or less. *In order for us to provide the best service to you (the customer) we require sufficient and accurate contact information so we may reach you at any point during your computer service. We are unable to guarantee a 72 hour service period if we are unable to make contact with you (the customer) and for this reason we require that you return attempts in communications within 2 hours of initial contact; failure to do so may void this agreement. The Bridge City Computers 72 hour guarantee does not apply to service with special orders and data backups (due to disk integrity and hardware defects.)
