New Website, New Features, Same great customer service!

We recently made some huge changes to our website this week and some of them are noticeable, others not so much and more are on the way.  We hope with the new look and some of the new features that we have added into the site we will be able to better serve our new and existing client base.

Front Page: One of our biggest changes was the removal of the Facebook content from our front page.  Don’t get us wrong, we love Facebook and keeping track of our friends but on a business level it did not seem very professional to make it our primary form of content management for the website.  So we replaced it with a flexible platform that would allow us to be able to still write up product reviews and bring you up to date with whats going on in our company without any of the hassle of a third-party.

Price list: We have heard your cries out against the flash based real time price list and have been working hard to bring you an alternative which is on the way and will still bring up to the minute updates on our stock levels.  We hope with the new solution that it is much more browser friendly, loads quickly, and can be viewed on most smart phones.  We are grateful for your continued patience while we work on finishing this up and test it a little lot more thoroughly so you may have the best shopping experience with us.

Customer Service: We started this company with the goal of providing superior customer service and we continue to strive for it on a daily basis. Starting from the moment we pick up the phone or greet you coming through the door to the moment you pick up your computer our main concern is your satisfaction.  We do not intend for this to change what so ever if anything we want to continue to improve our service and make sure that our customers continue to come first no matter the circumstances.  As we near our 10th month of business I’d like to give a shout out and a big thanks to all of our customers who have shopped with us even just once and told a friend or family about our store.  Our growth and continued success is thanks to you.
